What to send
A STEP or native CAD file, and a PDF drawing if tolerances, threads or finishes matter. Material and quantity, even approximate. The date you need parts in hand. If you are unsure about something, say so in the message: a design-for-manufacturing review is part of every quote.
What comes back
A reply within 3 hours. Then price and lead time, with notes where the drawing carries a risk, so you know what we would change before we cut. On confirmation, a job number you can ask about at any point. With the parts: material certifications with lot traceability, a Certificate of Conformance, and dimensional inspection from our in-house CMM. First article inspection on request.
Revisions
A drawing change mid-job is a controlled update to the live job, not a new job. Digital travelers update, quality records follow the new rev, and your schedule absorbs the change.
