Industries We Machine For

Three industries, one problem in common: the hardware is critical, the schedule is compressed, and the design is still moving. Here is how that plays out in each.

Aerospace

PTFE cryogenic line clamps · optical transition blocks · thin-wall guide plates

Prototypes and production hardware for flight programs, where a dimensional miss means a scrapped assembly rather than a reworked one. We machine PTFE tube raceway clamps for cryogenic propellant lines, optical transition and backing blocks, sealed housings, thin-wall guide plates and O-ring sealed brackets in aluminum, stainless, titanium and engineering plastics.

Every job ships with material certifications, a Certificate of Conformance and a dimensional inspection report from our in-house CMM. Plating and anodize run through an ITAR-registered finishing house and the certs come back with the parts.

Standard tolerance is ±0.001", on the two-week lead time and the 24-hour rush alike. There is no minimum order. One piece is normal at the breadboard stage, and the same shop, the same machines and the same job numbers carry through to qualification.

Defense

Micro-D connector covers · MIL-STD-130 engraving · electroless nickel per AMS 2404

We are ITAR registered with the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Our CAGE code is 18MB0, thirty seconds to verify in SAM. Technical data is held in a Microsoft GCC High tenant on U.S. soil under U.S.-person administration, in a separate, isolated environment from our commercial work, from quote through delivery.

Marking and finishing to spec: MIL-STD-130 laser engraving of part and lot numbers down to 0.035" character height, anodize per MIL-A-8625 / MIL-PRF-8625, chem film per MIL-DTL-5541, electroless nickel. All plating runs through an ITAR-registered finishing house so the compliance chain does not break at the last operation.

Our quality system is compliant with ISO 9001 and AS9100D. Third-party certification audits are scheduled for Q1 2027. See the full compliance posture on the Capabilities page.

03 · Physical AI

Physical AI

Liquid-cooling manifold plates · cable management brackets · test fixtures

Robotics and autonomous hardware teams iterate faster than any other buyer we work with: a new revision every few weeks, prototype quantities that turn into low-volume production without a clean handoff.

We machine test fixtures and fixture plates in polycarbonate and Delrin, cable clamps and cable saddles, tube raceway brackets, liquid-cooling manifold and flow distribution plates, precision guides and wear components in UHMW and bronze.

The reason teams stay with us is revision handling. Send a drawing change mid-job and paperless revision control pushes it to the floor as a controlled update, and your schedule absorbs the change instead of restarting.
